2024 is just around the corner, it’s time to ring in the New Year with a soiree at Madame Fù. Whether you want to celebrate with an elegant dinner and a bottle of Champagne or dance the night away, we have you covered.

 


As twilight descends, visit the Grand Cafe to experience a festive feast. Madame Fù has prepared all kinds of seasonal delicacies featuring exquisite ingredients from different parts of the world.



Starting with our signature dishes of Christmas Dim Sum Trio, which are featuring a festive Dim Sum appetizer. Madame Fù’s Crispy Chicken with Foie Gras Pâtés, and Pea Sprout with Crab Meat Dressing, each dish is carefully crafted to delight your taste buds and satisfy your palate.


Main courses such as Stir-Fried Australian Lobster with Scrambled Truffle Egg White - our Chef de Cuisine is proud to present the perfect fusion of “East meets West”.

To finish off a true culinary experience, the set menu ends with Taro & Purple Sweet Potato Mont Blanc with Blueberry Coulis.

Madame Fù has partnered with the French Provence skincare brand L’OCCITANE to create an afternoon tea called "L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE DE LE GRAND VOYAGE". Inspired by the festive collection of the season and the delectable moisturizing almond, this afternoon tea will include both savoury and sweet delights infused with the delightful tanginess of lemon, bringing the refreshing flavours of Christmas to your table!



Our Lemon Fantasy cup, where tangy aroma of lemon is delicately combined with silky-smooth white chocolate mousse, creating a refreshing and slightly sweet treat that leaves you wanting more. The Dark Chocolate Tart features decadent handmade dark chocolate mousse with the fruity & tangy cherries, skilfully infused into the buttery tart pastry,

resulting in a rich and aromatic indulgence that will leave an unforgettable impression.
